I am so excited to speak with you, so we can start planning your destination wedding ceremony, vow renewal or proposal to Tulum, Playa del Carmen or Cancun, Mexico. I have dedicated my life to the hospitality business, where I am passionate about designing and executing dreams for couples from around the world. I began my journey at Michigan State University, majoring in hotel and restaurant management. After graduating, I immediately moved to the world class resort of Vail, Colorado where I worked in sales and catering positions for Small Luxury Hotels, Leading Hotels of the World, and Orient Express Hotels learning the importance of providing exceptional service to guests. After a couple of years, I started a consulting business focusing on pre-opening hotels and restaurants in resort locations, where several of the hotels hosted destination weddings. During a consulting job in Playa del Carmen, I saw a demand for a professional wedding planning company servicing international clients and I started my wedding planning business in Mexico in 2009. 

With abundant enthusiasm to exceed clients expectations, I have successfully hosted over 1000 weddings, meetings and special events. Groups ranged from intimate events for two people to grand affairs up to 5000 people in Playa del Carmen, Cancun & Tulum, Mexico and several Colorado resorts  including Aspen, Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge & Keystone. On a personal side, I love life, people and love being in nature. To plan and host weddings on a sandy white beach is a dream come true. Our dedicated team is anxiously waiting for you, upon your arrival in Mexico. Our staff is bilingual in Spanish and English and they will assure you are taken care of during your destination wedding. Paula, our expert coordinator for civil weddings, will meet you prior to your wedding in person prior to your blood test, sign the final official documents and review your ceremony with you before your wedding day. For religious ceremonies, Christian, our Pastor or Paula, our Officiant will work with you to custom design a ceremony script to suit your needs. Once the wedding day arrives, our on-site coordinators Paula, Denisse, Valery or Christian will meet you upon arrival, assist you with your “getting ready” time with hair & make-up artists, and coordinate every aspect of your wedding timeline.

For our Mayan & Prehispanic ceremonies, we have a variety of Shamans, Guides and sahumadoras conducting the rituals based on the location you choose. Our jungle musicians or DJ’s will coordinate the music beautifully during your ceremony and our designers will custom design floral and décor to create the setting of your dreams. In addition, we work with a trusted team of photographers and videographers offering a variety of styles to capture your wedding day.
