My Playa Wedding does not offer “day of coordination” services. My Playa Wedding works with a professional team of vendors, that we we personally know and trust to exceed your expectations on your wedding day. We feel it is a risk to you on your wedding day, as well as a risk to our business when requested to work with vendors we do not personally know or trust. My Playa Wedding has a high standard of quality and we work with a variety of vendors at various price points to assure we can work within your budget.
Yes, we schedule the rehearsal the evening before the wedding day, usually before your Welcome Party or Rehearsal Dinner. We ask the bridal party, family members being seated and Officiant to be present, as well as any readers and ushers so all is educated on their duties and order on the wedding day.
Traditionally, the Groom’s parents host this event the night before the wedding. For destination weddings, a Welcome Party is offered to all guests coming to your wedding. If you are on a limited budget, then you can host an intimate rehearsal dinner with your bridal party and family members and then go out with friends after the event.
Yes, we can dedicate an empty chair with a rose and/or name during the ceremony or during the reception, we can also decorate a small table with candles and/or photos of loved ones.
